Guest guest
Hey guys! I was using a water-pik, but this was not enough. My dentist actually ordered me to get an electric toothbrush. He recommended Oral-B by Braun, so I purchased the Professional Care 7000. I would have thought using an electric toothbrush would receed my gums even more, but it actually accomplished quite the opposite: You need to " brush " deep inside the pockets of your gums to remove the plaque. Brushing stimulates your gums and makes them stronger. This is something a water-pik cannot due. This electric toothbrush helped to reverse my periodontal disease!! Please also consider the idea of COQ10 - 200mg/day as well. Please consider this if you still have an active periodontal infection. You will know if it's still active with a simple live video your hygenist can do. On that video you can see the type of bacteria in your gums and how active they are, as well as where they are. You will also know, if your gums are inflamed and hurt. The amount of dangerous attacking bacteria in my gums was greatly lessoned after I started using the electric toothbrush by Braun. I suppose I should advertise for them. :-) Cyndi
