Guest guest
I've read that if you're eating a balanced diet like on bfl vitamins are unnecessary and can cause a toxic build up. Has anyone ever heard this? I'm not sure if I should take a vitamin or not. I can't help but wonder if it's all about money because most of the popular vitamin brands are $40 a bottle or more. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/2225150.stm > > Even tho you drink a Myoplex Lite daily you can see by their > nutrition label most vitamins/minerals are only at 50%, with only a > few meeting the daily recommended (which is only a recommendation, > many active people need more of certain vitamins). > http://www23.netrition.com/myoplex_lite_page.html > > So I would still recommend a womens multivitamin - one with all the > B vitamins (complex) because it aids your body when under stress & > you are stressing it by exercising.
