I've read that if you're eating a balanced diet like on bfl vitamins

are unnecessary and can cause a toxic build up. Has anyone ever heard

this? I'm not sure if I should take a vitamin or not. I can't help

but wonder if it's all about money because most of the popular

vitamin brands are $40 a bottle or more.
