The seminar will be at my office on Saturday and Sunday, April 24-25, 2010.

The tuition for first time attendees is $435 at the door and $395 in advance.

The refresher tuition (for past attendees) is $335 at the door, and $295 in

advance.

Advance payment should be made by April 10, and may be made in the form of a

post-dated check.

Dr. Talsky will provide a certificate of attendance-- license renewal

applicability for your state is your responsibility.
