Iron triggering mold / fungus

I was exposed to toxic mold. I am working with various doctors on

getting better.

May 16 I had an IV iron infusion to help with my anemia. I had an

upset stomach right afterwards and developed a rash (around the anus)

which spread. Began 3 antibiotics May 22. Diagnosed as a fungal rash

(tinea). Also developed H. pylori in my stomach. Continued to feel

worse.

Has anyone heard if there is a link between iron and fungus / mold

growing inside someone?
