HELP

A few months ago I was in shape, and, between the house, kids, school and

sheer laziness, I haven't been working out, at all.

These holiday meals have been a nasty log down on me.

Any tips on how to get back into a good habit, again?

One day at a time. do something for yourself TODAY! Don't beat yourself up

about yesterday or think about tomorrow - just today. Everyday is a fresh start

(years! of therapy here being put to good use! lol) You've just taken some time

off, you haven't fallen out of the wagon!

We have so much trouble putting ourselves first even for a short time and the

house, kids, school and holidays can easily get the best of us. You deserve to

take care of yourself. You deserve to feel good about yourself. You deserve to

do what you need to in order to feel good - we are worthy!!
