I just wanted to let you know that I am wearing a new pair of jeans. I love the way that I look in them-even after just a few weeks of this BFL thing. It has been hard. I do not post all the time, but I do read everyones posts and I find so much encouragement from them. I feel great right now and I just wanted to thank all of you for keeping me going. My butt isn't jiggling and my thighs look firmer ...and overall I just feel more " tight " ---I think. Thank you!!!!! if ya'll lived in my town I would hug you! Love, m.d.
