Guest guest Posted July 16, 2010 Report Share Posted July 16, 2010 Listmates, I have a 45 year old female patient with Morton's neuroma between toes 3-4.Previous podiatric tx included orthotics, 9 injections(8 sclerosing, one cortisone).New podiatrist has fabricated new orthotics.,and is reluctant to operate. Patient also has had ultrasound pt, cold laser,cryogenic,acupuncture, topical analgesics including DMSOPatient is apprehensive about surgery,is currently unemployed and would love to work but is afraid a job on her feet would "kill me" Any treatment ideas /options?
