Good afternoon everyone!!! I just wanted to let everyone know that 's

message to me didn't bother me :) I know she was just asking and to me that is

fine...

I am raising my carbs, upping my calories, lowering my fat, and watching my

blood numbers throughout this whole WOE.... I believe I have lost the weight

that I am going to.... I am working on lowering my bodyfat and losing inches...

My cholestrol, blood sugars (I am a diabetic)... I am working closely to a

nutritionist and my doctor which I have done since day 1...

I am eating veggies and fruit.... some fruit I am watching due to the fact of

the natural sugars in them cause some serious cravings... apples being one... I

have added them back but mainly as a evening snack...

So no problems here... I love this group... there is so much experience and

knowledge here that I love to jsut read the boards and not always post...

So here is a hug for everyone... this day as been a rough one (work related) and

I am soooooo ready for my cardio tonight... I am gonna hit that 10!!!!!!

I am so happy to hear you took my post as just a suggestion!! Thats

all I meant by it. =)

You are going to do great! You have an awesome attitude and all the

right tools and knowledge.
