Guest guest
, I get that when I run outside. Some of my running buddies say that is because of all the dust in the air in the winter. Go figure. Guest guest
When I do the agility run for the police exam, we all get that. It mostly (for us) has to do with the fact that we're breathing with our mouth open instead of in through the nose and out through the mouth. Guest guest
This is my first time posting...I hope I'm doing it correctly! I get the same type of cough after I complete a very intense, hard cardio workout, including after running races. My cough feels like it's in the chest (i.e., my tired lungs!)...almost as though I can feel it rattling. I was hacking with that kind of cough in the locker room after a spin class yesterday and the instructor made a joke about knowing she must have really worked us hard! She said she recognized the sound : ) I imagine that when doing the agility run for the police exam, everyone is working pretty darn hard...and I bet the open mouth (which we tend to do when we're max'd out) has something to do with it. I have that problem too! Assuming it's nothing bad (perhaps you should verify with your doc), it probably just means you had a good workout! Guest guest
By the 3rd lap of the agility run (you have 6 to complete) you are at your max heart rate On Fri, Dec 31, 2004 at 01:57:04AM -0000, zonatacat wrote: > > > This is my first time posting...I hope I'm doing it correctly! > > I get the same type of cough after I complete a very intense, hard > cardio workout, including after running races.
