I was very pleasantly surprised when I met him. From the moment he walked in the room he was quite vocal about the toxic environment we live in and he gave me quite a list of suggestions of things I should do right away that would help ease the toxic burden on my body. Its going to take a bit, but I'm working on it. I go in on the 19th for skin and inhalent testing. Having more information will be such a relief. Dr. Natske is very comfortable with the notion of sick building syndrome and said he works with a large number of hospital employees who have developed multiple chemical sensititivies from their work environment. He said most people's health is affected by toxins but the majority simply accept ill health and don't bother trying to root out the cause. I like him a lot. It was worth waiting more than two months for my appointment. I don't know yet how willing he actually is to involve himself in litigation but he was very thorough in his questioning because he said it would be better to have a complete record up front than to try to fill in the gaps later should my employer (or whomever) ask questions later. I feel extremely fortunate because hopefully I have caught this early enough that I can resolve some of the health issues that have been plaguing me for years. On my bad days I am less optimistic but after several days away from work I usually feel pretty good on Monday. My heart cries when I read about the misery, ill health and loss so many of you have experienced and continue to experience. Take care, Laurie in Flint
