I am trying to incorporate some shakes and while I can't really

afford the name brand I made up this one:

Looks good. Here's a page of protein shake recipes. Not all of them

have nutrition info but it's easy enough to look it up and adjust

portions. Might give you even more ideas:

Thanks ... you know for some reason I am not getting all

responses from this board.... the other day I got a response that I

posted on the next day.... maybe there is a slow connection

Sometimes is slow and there's a huge lag in the e-mail postings.

When it's really bad I resort to reading and replying at the website.

Sometimes even then posts don't show up right away. I checked your

account and it's not bouncing. It's probably just misbehaving.
