Day 6 of 84~~~~~BFL~~~~ 12/4/04

Good morning everyone!!! Hope everyone is finding their day

wonderful!!!

I am headed out to a new gym today with Renae to do BFL with her...

I am so excited!!!

I worked on the Success Journal last night... didn't realize how

much information and inspiration was in the book.... It is going to

travel everywhere with me!!

No food numbers today as I have leftovers and all from the week... I

know what I am going to eat but I usually do not enter food into

fitday on the weekend... silly I know but that is okay....

Tomorrow is cardio which I will totally be hitting the 10.... will

be doing the treadmill.... and then I will be doing Abs Boot camp

afterwards....

I am still doing well with no scale at all.... not even thinking

about it too much.... I have decided to wait 6 week into BFL to

weigh so that will be January 10th.... I CAN do this! I WILL do

this!!!

Okay better get scootin!!! Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Good morning, Juls!

OK - I didn't do my LBWO yesterday, but I just finished it now and am on my way

to my stationary bike to do my HIIT, then tomorrow is off for me. I REALLY need

to get those M & M's out of my house. I grabbed another 2 handfuls yesterday

during the course of the day, not on my eating plan! I hopefully accounted for

it in the calorie count by having 5 meals - I have to make this a lifestyle and

if that is going to work for me then so be it. I'm not quite sure if I'm going

to take a total free day - I know I need to have a plan. Usually on the

weekends we end up eating out more often than not, which is difficult. My

husband is an Olive Garden freak - has to have it once every weekend. Their

salad is really good, and I have the dressing on the side and just dunk my stuff

in it. I usually have a bowl of their Toscana soup, but it's hard to stop at

one. Wish me luck if we go today!

- I know that you're not looking at your scale for 6 weeks (5 more weeks

now - 1 week down already!), but would it bother you if I reported my scale

weight? I'm not a scale freak or anything, I just know what my body weighs at

the size I like it to be, and it's not 165 lbs, which was what I weighed last

week. I won't say anything until I hear from you, whether it'll make you want

to weigh or not. I just don't want to step on your goals...

OK! Good - glad I won't be stepping on any toes!

So - I usually weigh in on Saturdays, because Saturday is my free day (hard

habit to break!). So this morning I weighed in at 163.25, down 1.75 lbs from

one week ago. I told my husband that, if my pants aren't feeling looser, then I

need some sort of verification that something is happening. If I can keep this

1-2 lbs per week loss then I may just meet my goal of weighing below 160 by

Christmas.

See - I know that I feel and look much better at 150 - 154. That one time I was

at 17.5% bodyfat I weighed a little over 151. Kinda neat, that Maggie, at the

same height as myself (5'6 " ), is that same bodyfat percent or so now, but 20 lbs

lighter and probably 4 dress sizes smaller. Just goes to show how much a body

frame makes a difference, and just how different everyone's story is. I need to

go and play with that new calculator she made to see what I would weigh at 15%

body fat, which is my ultimate fitness goal.

Honey you report that scale reading anytime.... It doesn't bother me at all!!!!!

Just report away!!!! Good job on getting LBWO done... I just got back from the

gym and it felt great.... I really need to eat something but just got a call

from hubby and his car is broke down so need to go pick him up... I will write
