Guest guest
Great job changing up the menu. You have to enjoy eating. Well, at least I do. )Either way, you have a great attitude! So I have a dumb question for you. How do you use the sauna? I've been contemplating using my gym's. I think it would be great for my skin. I hope you're having a lovely week! -Ruth > > I got to wear my new Saucony shoes last night and I'm not too happy. > The cushion in the heel was great, but I need more cushion up front. > When I am on the elliptical, I am on the balls of my feet and I need > alot of cushion. Guest guest
I just spend that time w/eyes closed and relaxing meditation while in the sauna. I spend about 10 min in there (it's a dry sauna but the wet ones are just as good). It supposedly helps to cleanse or detox your body. Give it a try! It's great to just relax after a hard workout. > > So I have a dumb question for you. How do you use the sauna? I've > been contemplating using my gym's. Guest guest
The sauna is also great if you have a cold and you're congested. I go in there and the next day I see great improvements in my breathing. That's the only thing I truly miss about not renewing my gym membership! Everything else I can replicate at home.
