Great job changing up the menu. You have to enjoy eating. Well, at

least I do. :o)Either way, you have a great attitude!

So I have a dumb question for you. How do you use the sauna? I've

been contemplating using my gym's. I think it would be great for my

skin.

I hope you're having a lovely week!

I just spend that time w/eyes closed and relaxing meditation while in

the sauna. I spend about 10 min in there (it's a dry sauna but the

wet ones are just as good). It supposedly helps to cleanse or detox

your body. Give it a try! It's great to just relax after a hard

workout.

The sauna is also great if you have a cold and you're congested. I go

in there and the next day I see great improvements in my breathing.

That's the only thing I truly miss about not renewing my gym

membership! Everything else I can replicate at home.
