Guest guest
Hey , I am finally doing it. I had bonding on my teeth that is in need of updating. So I am going for the porcelain veneers. I had the zoom treatment done on the rest of my teeth first and now the front 4 look like 4 little yellow corn niblets! So I am trying to get this done by the end of January. I can't wait!!! It's running me 4000 but I worked it out through my flexaccount.
Guest guest
Ha! Cool! Keep me advised on the veneers. It was a little traumatic but well worth it. I drank a lot of Myoplex and ate a lot of oatmeal while I was stuck with the plastic temporaries. Don't bite into anything at all. Use a knife and fork even if you're eating a sandwich. I must have popped my temporaries off half a dozen times because I didn't take the " don't bite anything " advice seriously enough. Keep some powdered Fixodent in your purse so you can stick yourself back together if you have a mishap. Guest guest
I just got my veneers last Tuesday! It is cool to look in the mirror and see perfect teeth! It is quite an event though. Thank goodness my temporaries did not fall off, I would have died. I didn't want to see anything that was going on underneath. The less I knew, the better! I think I have had a dream every nite since Tuesday where I wake up and all my teeth have fallen out. The last dream I was looking at them in the mirror and noticed a little crack in the front one and I went to touch it and all of them started cracking and falling off. I was totally traumatized when I woke up and went running to the bathroom to make sure everything was still where it was supposed to be. LOL! ~Stacey > > > > > > Hey , I am finally doing it. Guest guest
Hi all, I finally got my book!! but will not get to break into it until tomorrow :0( I can't wait to make some sense of some of these posts I read everyday. Got to love veneers. I worked in the dental world for 7 years and have seen it all. Veneers are wonderful things!! They can change a smile and at times change a life. -- Re: -Getting Veneers! Ha!
