Depends on what kind of cheese. Occasionaly I use one piece of

string cheese plus low fat protein for a meal with my carbs.

Normally cheese is too high fat to be staple. Good for free day

tho :)

that is a good question. I have the EFL book and one of his midmeals is an

apple and string cheese- low fat/ skim string cheese, and he also allows l/f

cheeses in his meals. I am curious now what everyone else thinks about the l/f

cheese. Is it really l/f?

I would mix the crab meat w/some FF mayo and eat it on some low

fat/baked/whole wheat crackers or in a ww pita.

I don't eat cheese unless it's fat free.

Half a slice of lowfat Alpine Lace swiss cheese is very tasty and

will satisfy my desire for cheese and add some fat to the meal at

the same time. A few grapes will complement the taste though a

protein source would have to be added to qualify this as a meal.
