Thanks a bunch for the recipe! I've been wondering if there were more

nutritionally friendly desert recipes around.

This looks NUMMY! Can I just ask, how much is in a packet of

Splenda? I'd like to substitute it with Stevia (herbal sweetener),

and I've never seen splenda packets to check the amount.

Also, may I have the URL of your website? If this works out as

yummy as it sounds, I'd like to share it with friends, and always

like to credit the inventor!

Cheers, in NZ

I'm not sure how much is in a single packet of Splenda, but one packet

is equivalent to 2 teaspoons of regular sugar, so I'd just put in an

amount of Stevia equivalent to 10 teaspoons of sugar.

My website is at http://maggiewang.com (I know...so original, hah!)

Let me know how the bars turn out for you!
