Week 6 Pics Posted - NEED Feedback Please!!

Hi All,

I took the plunge - and posted my pics... They are in the Photos

section under DaFoofPook. These are my 6 week pictures - I cannot

believe I put them here!!!!!!

Oh my, I am so nervous. I can definitely see a difference in my waist,

belly and back (?).

Stats:

Height: 5-5

Starting Weight: 198.6, current weight 184.2

Starting BF %: 45.7%, Current; 40.1%

Fat Lost: 17 lbs, 3 lbs of muscle gained

Starting Waist: 36 " , Current: 31 "

Starting Thigh: 29.5 " , Current: 27.5 "

Starting Hips: 48.00 " , Current: 44.5 "

What do you guys think?? Any feedback and encouragement is

appreciated. This is a huge step in accountability for me!!!

have taken so much courage. You have definitely made progress!

Keep going, you gave me the courage to post my pics too, when I get

RIGHT ON, ! You are looking GREAT! You can definitely see

a big difference all around. Keep it up, girl!

!!!!

First of all, I know how hard it was to post those pictures. Believe

me, I'm still cringing at the thought of everyone seeing me in a

bathing suit. (You should have seen me taking the picture by myself

with the timer...tripping over dogs and cats, then trying to get

into position.)

Here's what I see:

Your tummy is much flatter, your thighs are much more solid and

toned, your waist is positively tiny (!), and not only is your face

slimmer, you look about 10 years younger! Your hair is cute too!

Keep up the good work! I haven't been posting accountabilities, but

I just haven't been getting on the computer very often...but I'm

still hard at work on myself and still keeping track of everything

that goes into my mouth with FitDay.

Yaaaay! Great Job! Woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks! I can only hope my 12 week pics have the same amount of

progress as my 6 weeks!!

Your posts motivate me each morning, so thank you!! I love your

attitude!!

I'm at work and can't check pics but your stats are TERRIFIC! It

You look fabulous. You are doing such a great job! You've really

done a lot in just 6 weeks. Keep it up. My stats were pretty close

to yours when I started - 5'4 " 198 lbs and I am now down to about 132

lbs. It took me a long time to get to this point, but you'll meet

all of your goals as long as you stick to it. I'm so happy for your

progress!
