Guest guest
Hey Marilyn - 2 lbs is great! Just imagine if you can keep up that kind of progress for 12 weeks! 24 lbs gone....I hope I can say I've lost 2 lbs next Sunday! Great job! in WI Week 1 result I lost two pounds last week. It's not a lot but it's two more than I would have lost if I hadn't committed to start. With Thanksgiving out of the way, it should be smooth sailing until Christmas... Good luck to everyone who's starting a new challenge today. Marilyn

Guest guest
Thanks . My goal is to lose 12 pounds of fat. Any muscle tissue I can add would be a huge bonus. I trained my back, arms and abs today. Very high intensity, I left the gym depleted and exhausted. ((lightbulb goes on ))By not saving something for cardio right afterwards, you do get a better workout in. Heheheheehe, I'm slow but I do learn. Marilyn > Hey Marilyn - > > 2 lbs is great!
