Guest guest
Hi, I have one; have not used it. However, I would recommend that you just write how you are feeling on that day, what your dreams / goals are and goals for the following week. Just your frame of mind, etc... Helps to stay focused, I would imagine. > > Does anyone have a BFL success journal? I was wondering as they list > a page for every day... what do I put on the rest days? Guest guest
> help me > i gained back all the weight i lost > and now i'm haveing to do it all over agin > is there someone who can help me throught this > i was at a nice 8 pounds one from me and i ganed it back > so what to do now????????? What I would do is maybe post some sample menus and see what you are eating. Then take a good accounting of your workouts. Are you hitting your 10s? Getting your 20MAS in? Also did you take your measurements? The scale often isn't the most accurate way to measure progress. And lastly, hang in there! I'm sure it will all fall into place soon. Guest guest
I didn't write anything in the journal on Free day, cuz that page is meant for your next workout day. > > Does anyone have a BFL success journal?
