Guest guest
Greetings, FYI current issue of Dynamic Chiropractic has helpful article re current research detailing increased severe risk of fx with drug fosamax. FYI there is group of women nation-wide (all took fosamax 4+yrs and experienced at least 1 idiopathic femur fx) who recently met with the FDA to require 'caution' label on fosamax prescriptions. http://www.dynamicchiropractic.com/mpacms/dc/article.php?id=54717# Lily Roselyn, DC
Guest guest
In case you have any doubt about how REAL this FOSAMAX threat is, I sing with a wonderful woman who just had TWO hip replacement surgeries that were necessary because of the damage Fosamax did to her femoral bone density. She was otherwise healthy and vibrant. Now she's recovering from TWO major surgeries and has metal rod reinforcement of the femoral shaft. Her own doc said this was caused by the Fosamax. Fosamax and other 'osteoporosis' prescriptions are like chemo for bone. They kill the ostoclasts and render the bones essentially unable to remodel and restore themselves. Dead bone is not strong bone, even if the 'density' is increased. And these people got paid to research and distribute this stuff. Same with synthetic HRT. Don't get me started. See. I'm feeling better and fiestier than ever... Guest guest
....beginning to see why the ol' RN is now a DC?! I got so tired of pushing disease....people would leave their hospital experience with more problems than they brought in with them. On another but similar subject: I recently discovered the phrase 'first do no harm' has been removed from the allopathic oath.
