Guest guest
If we are the initial attending physician and have surpassed our time restraint of 60days, but get a second opinion and a referral back for some additional care, is the doc that does the second opinion then the attending? Does the Patient have to sign a new 827 for change of physician at that time? Thank you ph Medlin D.C.Spine Tree Chiropractic1607 NE Alberta StPDX, OR 97211503-788-6800
