This is not a quick fix diet. You will see results - some people see

them faster than others. Please do not get discouraged. This program

works!!

It's all up to you! You need to make the lifestyle change. You need

to work hard at the gym and plan your meals. You need to be

committed.

This board is here for support, advice and " atta girls " . However, it

is solely YOU that can me the changes you need on the inside to

ulitmately change you on the outside.

You keep asking for help and for someone to tell you how to do it and

for someone to be on your side, we are all here to offer support and

suggestions and everyone is on your side but YOU have to be the one to

do this, no one can do it for you.

There is a ton of information on the web about Body For Life, start

with the Body For Life site and Skwigg's site, post a sample menu here

and ask for suggestions, post your workout plans and ask for

suggestions, we are here to help.

You have to realize that this is not a quick fix, this plan works but

it is a lifestyle change not something you can do for 12 weeks and

expect to undo years of poor eating habits and lack of exercise. Make

the commitment to change your lifestyle, we will all be here to offer

support and encouragement. Just remember YOU have to do the work no

one can do it for you!
