well folks, i guess it's time to admit it......

i have been off BFL for more than a year.

since june of 2003.

in that time, gained about 15 pounds, lost a bunch of muscles, sat on my rear

end, ate a

bunch of crap food, and ended up heavier than i was in the beginning.

so.

here i am AGAIN.

this is the only thing that has ever worked for me.

and i don't like it, because it's hard work.

and it's a huge commitment.

but i don't like looking like a pasty, flabby, dumpy woman either.

before pictures will be taken tomorrow.

sigh.

i'm SO ready to do this.

Welcome back anna. You've picked the right group! I just joined

recently and everyone here is really encouraging and excited about

BFL. You CAN do this!! You did it before, you can do it again.

You've already made the first step so just keep going!
