Feedback if required:

M1: 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg scrambled, 5 strawberries

black coffee + 2% milk

M2: 3/5 cup 2% cottage cheese + 1 cup unsweetened raspberries

M3: 3oz chicken breast, 3/4 cup lentils, 12 baby carrots

M4: 1 pear, 1 protein shake

M5: 1 slice Stella's meatloaf, 1 medium yam, 1.5 cup of looseleaf lettuce, 6

green olives,

vinegar, 1tsp olive oil, 1 small tomato

M6: protein shake + apple

That looks great! Looks yummy too!

I just bought pears for the first time at the Supermarket last

night. I forgot how much I like them!

I might add an egg white in the morning. I usually have 6 egg whites

per serving, but I know all people are different with how much

protein they want per meal.

Other than that - looks really good!
