Guest guest Posted November 7, 2004 Report Share Posted November 7, 2004 Hi Ladys! 4 weeks down the road and i do have mixed feelings. on one side i do see some results ( check out new pics " belinda " ). i am really, really happy that my boobs are shrinking !!! and i can tell a big diffrents on my belly and my upper back. My legs feel lot tighter and stronger. i did get a shock as i took measurements this morning and put them into " mybodycomp.com " .It told me that i am now at 69% bodyfat.....after i found out that i made myself 5 " tall ( LOL) The first 2 weeks i lost the most weight. i went from 29% bodyfat to 26%.the following 2 weeks i actually gained 1% bodyfat. But then again...in the last 2 weeks i gained 1 pound of muscle. i lost inches everywhere. the most impressive for me: Shoulders: 3.15 inches Chest:2.36 ( yeay!!!!) Abdomen:2.17 Hips:1.18 On the other side i feel like that in the last 2 weeks, i just did my " programm " .There was not much passion in the workouts. i still did what i needes to do, but not more. When it comes to Cardio (i run with sprints)i have the following problem: i always run thinking that i need to household with my energy to make it to the end, and when i am at the end i really did not feel like i gave my last and most best.Even i am sweating and breathing hard. You guys have any tips how i can overcome this? Should i just run like crazy from the beginning on?Or should i just run one more round until i can run no more ( my Cardio takes 20 min.)? i am going to change my workout routine. inbetween running i add rope jumping for 1 minute each time. Maybe that will make a big diffrence. i made a major improvement with my Lunches and i can even do them with a little weight ! i picked some diffrent workouts for each musclegroup and i am eager to start the 5 th week. i am doing very good on the eating.i never cheat and always eat every 3 hrs.i drink lots of water ( at leased 1 Gallon) On Saturdays i have one cheatmeal in the evening ( mostly just more Carbohydrats then normal) and on Sunday i eat what i want.But not fast food i know i can do much better and i am glad that i can take the challange new every day. Ma Calorie intake is between 1500 and 1200 everyday a bit diffrent. On my offdays i tend to have less calories because i only eat twice (late Breakfast; Dinner) Overall i feel great. i am happy with my accomplishments (but not totaly!!).
