Guest guest
All of the below.............. Janet -, good for you, Im glad that your exposure to mold has not got you to the point where traveling is the last thing you fell like doing. I'm a bit puzzled, if you have cronic fatique, where do you get the energy? refresh my memory, weren't you one of eric's friends that not long ago didn't believe that you were getting ill from mold exposure? In my state the best advoidence is keeping windows shut and keeping your air conditioner clean, because of MCS and liveing in a state where mold is abundant. here, after 3 or 4 days of rain, the air smells like mold. and did you know that some toxins put out by certain molds can remain toxic for years even when they are dry? do you know that some very toxic molds are found in sand and dirt? dry and windy days can stir up molds and make than air borne.cant say that I want to increase my risk of exposure to any toxins by traveling. flying, and driving in polluted traffic and getting stuck in traffic jams makes me ill.seems to me that even if the end spot is free of mold, just getting there for people who suffer MCS,CFS and other mold illnesses might be so very draining on what little energy they have,it's not a option. also, I have read that for people with allergies, new exposures in other areas can cause new allergies. point I trying to make is that mold exposure effects everyone somewhat different depending on types , amounts and lenght of exposure and their ability to fight off toxins. traveling for some could make them very ill.
