Guest guest
Hey , I had the same situation last sunday. I was quite the puffy girl and my boobs were HUGE and painful and it was the end of week 4 for me and I gained 2 1/2 pounds from the week before but I stil weighed-in and measured. I still lost a lot of inches and I was still down 7 pounds over all. If it would make you feel better to weigh in and measure at week 5, feel free. Unless you're doing an " official " challenge where you have to mail in your stuff and photos and everything, then it's no big deal. I am personally taking my challenge 16 weeks at a time, so I'm taking photos at 8 weeks but really, I'll be doing this forever, so it really doesn't matter. Whatever will keep you going and eating clean and exercising!!! Great job on being so dedicated! Take care, Ruth (who is still busting out of her 38D bra! Guest guest
: If you weigh yourself on all your pms weeks and note them, you can compare the differences during those times only as well. You will have your regular weekly weigh ins, and every month you will have one week you can highlight that is a hormone related weight. Hormones play a huge part in our body and the way it metabolizes fat, I don't know your age, but I'm 48 and the pms thing is almost constant now, so weighing myself bloated is just part of my routine. I don't have periods (haven't had them for 24 years, but that's another story) but I still have the bloating and cramping and swelling. The more you include it as part of your life the less of an issue it will be overall. Weal Re: PMS Bloat Question Hey , I had the same situation last sunday. Guest guest
Hi , Thanks! It didnt even dawn on me that I started this challenge the week I got my period! I will probably have a more accurate reading on my 4th week instead of thinking the other way around! I am 33... and 3 weeks ago felt 63, today - feel 40 (I am getting back to feeling my age!!) =) > > > > Ok: > > my clothes fit better > > i feel better > > i have more energy > > i eat clean for 6 days, every day > > i workout more intense each day for 6 days > > > > I am getting the PMS bloat. Guest guest
Thanks, Ruth! I started to get like that last week too.. But, this week - oh man... YIPES. We were going to officially enter the challenge - my husband and I - but I think we've got the attitude that this is just our way of life too.. =) So, we will take pics/measurements every 4 weeks until we get ot our goal. For me that should be around April - for my hubby around the last week of February ... We shall see! You are doing great as well from your posts / accountability. > > > > Ok: > > my clothes fit better > > i feel better > > i have more energy > > i eat clean for 6 days, every day > > i workout more intense each day for 6 days > > > > I am getting the PMS bloat.
