Guest guest
Drop your cardio down to 20 minutes, really intense. If it is of high enough intensity it will be sufficient for the purpose of fat burning. Long term repeated stress on any joing is surely to cause injury to that joint. The cleaner you eat, the better your results will be anyway. You won't notice much difference in changing the cardio routine but your knees will thank you. Hope this helps. Guest guest
I am not an expert, but a few weeks ago I hurt my knees + hamstring (knees by running on pavement for only a week) (hamstring by tweaking it doing reverse hypers) My trainer advised me to lay off the outdoor running + get newer shoes. (mine were year old) Hamstring he said to ICE it a lot + not to try to stretch it for a while. It worked! Hope that helps... > > Two weeks ago during a tai chi class, I could feel a burning in the > back of my knee. Ever since then, my knee aches and feels better > when I wrap it. Guest guest
I wrapped up both knees last night and tried not to walk on them too much. This morning I feel much better, however the one I think I injured by doing a weird move in Tai Chi still feels odd -- but does not hurt. I am not going to work out today so that I can give my knees a good rest. I will try the ice if they hurt again. Maybe I need a new pair of sneakers too - mine are at least 4 years old! > > > > Two weeks ago during a tai chi class, I could feel a burning in > the > > back of my knee.
