Guest guest
The principles are the same but no, they don't work together. LL involves a lot of calorie counting and zig zagging. I can't get into it because BFL is so much easier. Stasia
Guest guest
LOL...Sounds like LL might be right up my alley, then. Maggie, who is already zig-zagging and calorie-counting on BFL On Fri, 15 Oct 2004 15:59:37 -0000, Stasia Bachrach <s_bachrach@...> wrote: > > The principles are the same but no, they don't work together. Guest guest
Leanness Lifestyle is similar to BFL in that it's intense exercise and clean bodybuilding nutrition. It's a lot more involved though - counting calories, weighing and measuring food, zig-zagging high and low calorie days, quite a bit of cardio, no free day, more aggressive calorie restriction. It definitely works if you can take it. Some people thrive on that level of detail and some people completely wig out. LL v BFL I am on week 3 of BFL and have read alot of references to Leanness Lifestyle. I was just curious if the two work together, and what are the pros and cons of each - I haven't bought the LL book yet as fundage is low (those chicken breasts are expensive!) Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks ladies Shell
