Hi. I hesitate to say this. Where's a big piece of wood I can

knock on.....I'm halfway through my 4th consecutive Challenge right

now and I have not been sick nor had one cold since I started. I

contribute this to the healthy eating lifestyle, consistent workouts

and a lot of hand-washing!

By the way, my transformation website is:

www.ljf.com/bfl/laurie-sullivan

I've made some progress since that after picture which was taken in

July. Planning on taking new ones in December after I complete this

challenge.

You look GREAT!!!Awesome job. Keep up the good work. I noticed on

the site that you have twins. I have b/g twins that turned 3 in

July. How old are yours?

Hi Pam,

Thanks. That's BFL for you....it works miracles. And the funny thing is all

you have to do is follow it!

I have identical twin girls who just turned 4 in October. Life is never the

same after twins, is it? It's a blast.....but my head hasn't stopped spinning

since they were born. I also have a 7 year old son. The whole twin thing gets

easier at 3 years old, don't you think? We are so blessed! I see you have 4

boys and 1 girl???? Woman, you are a super hero!

Great pictures, Laurie! Where did your hips go? LOL. How has the

extra cardio been working for you? I'm only on my second consecutive

challenge, but I did stick with pure BFL for the first 18 weeks, and

really felt like I'd gone as far as I could with the core program when

I decided to try out the extra cardio. The body fat I have left has

been with me a good long time--at least 15 years, so it's the

stubborn, " blubbery " kind that Hussman talks about--and it needed a

cardio kick in the pants to dislodge it. :)

Was that your feeling, too, after 8 months of only doing HIIT?

Sounds like we're both blessed!!ID twins when I was young I always

wanted a set of ID twins lol.

As for the twin thing getting easier at 3 lol. In some ways it has

but in others it's getting harder as I'm sure you are aware of. I'm

still waiting for the dizzyness to go away lol

As for me being a supermom lol I just got lucky.

Thanks! You got it, Maggie!!!! The extra cardio is doing wonders for me. My

stomach fat is becoming non-existent. Everything is trimming down. I was

becoming so frustrated with that stubborn fat! As for my hips.....adios

amigos.....never to be seen again!!!

I have found the extra cardio also does wonders for my mind......wouldn't you

agree?

Jen,

Thanks. I don't think I've ever felt this great....even when I was

so much younger! As for new goals. Listen, I'm going

for " perfection. " I'd like to get my bf down to about 15% and my

scale pounds down to about 135 or so. BF% is my main focus though.

I'd also like to do a half marathon next year so I'm working on

that. Shouldn't be too much of a problem. It's amazing. Once you

get yourself focused on completing Challenges you think you're

invincible. Anything is possible.

Remember that everyone!!!!

Amazing how progress can foster your attitude. Good luck getting to

15% -- I'm sure you can do it. And best of luck with the 1/2

marathon too! Keep up the great work.
