Guest guest
I have had that same problem in the past. You may try monitoring your temperature. I ended up with thyroid problems later down the road, and my low body temp was connected to it all. Do you eat a protein/carb meal within 45 minutes after your workout? This is extremely important to refuel the muscles and get the full benefits of your workout. Also make sure you hydrate heavily. Weal Freezing after working out After I exercise (cardio and/or weight training), I come home, cool down, then take a shower, but after the shower I develop a chill that stays with me for hours. This happens everytime I work out. Anyone know why? Also, why am I not energized after working out but feel like sitting or sleeping? I don't get that exercise high. Guest guest
I had an EAS AdvantEdge Peanut Crunch bar about twenty mins after returning home. I had alot of water too. I sweat a lot when I work out -- sometimes I think maybe too much. Could this have anything to do with it? > I have had that same problem in the past. You may try monitoring your temperature. Guest guest
Usually after my workouts, I am ready for a nap myself. I dont get the exercise high either - I think it's a myth. Like the 'runners high' WHATEVER...I get a 'runners about-to-die'!!! > > After I exercise (cardio and/or weight training), I come home, cool > down, then take a shower, but after the shower I develop a chill that > stays with me for hours. Guest guest
It's weird, but I used to have the same problem, and I could not figure it out either. I sweat a lot too. If I find anything specific I will for sure let you know.
