Good for you! Two weeks ago I started jogging/walking 1.5 miles 5 days a week

and lost 5.5 pounds in one week. I literally lost 3.5 pounds of water

overnight. I was at a plateau so decided to freak my body out and it worked.

I noticed a change in my body. Plus, I feel great!

supposed to go by the scale.

So, we'll see what this week brings. Yesterday was clean and lower

body was intense. This morning I did cardio and had the incline on

8.0 at 4.0 speed. OUCH! I have asthma so I have to ease into cardio
