Guest guest Posted October 25, 2004 Report Share Posted October 25, 2004 Good for you! Two weeks ago I started jogging/walking 1.5 miles 5 days a week and lost 5.5 pounds in one week. I literally lost 3.5 pounds of water overnight. I was at a plateau so decided to freak my body out and it worked. I noticed a change in my body. Plus, I feel great!
