Hi, All -

I just wanted to say " Hi! " My name is Ali (Allie) and I'm from the

San Francisco Bay Area. I'm tuning 40 on Wednesday, am married, have

a 21 year old cat :D. I used to be in broadcasting (radio jock for

16 years), but now I code websites for a living.

I've been lifting for about 14 years, did my first challenge last

year, am very close to my goal of how I'd like my body to look and

feel, but am struggling with staying motivated/working out the kinks

in my eats when I'm *this* close (!) Funny - it seems like the time

I'd be *most* motivated, but it's been a struggle this year. :P

I've had fibromyalgia since I was 16 but the real gift of it is that

it lead me to being fit - the more consistnt I am with

weights/cardioclean eats, the better I feel. I found list list when

I was researching Creatine as a possible suppliment for the fibro' -

I'm open to any thoughts or opinions on that, for sure!

This looks like a great list and I hope I can make a good

contribtion here!

:D

Welcome!

I hope you enjoy the list and you find some ideas as well as share

your own! You must be a wonderful pet-mother to have a 21 year old

kitty! I have lots of cats of my own, in addition to my dogs. I love

BFL and I know you will have lots of success with it!

Good luck with your goals!

Ruth

Hi, Ruth & Colleen -

Thanks for the welcome!

I used to live right down the hill from the VA Hospital on Geary

near the firehouse, Colleen. We've moved, but I lived in that

neighborhood for 10 years. :)

The info on the list looks really great - I already see lots of good

stuff I can use. I'm grateful to have found such a great resource

and a great group!
