Guest guest
I just had to post this!! Yesterday was Day #1 - Did GREAT! Last night, watching the Yankees / Red Sox game (I'm a huge Yankee fan living in Boston!) - I stayed up until 1:30 am! The alarm went off at 4:40 am for the gym. I got up, went potty, and said - i'll go at lunch; then I said NOPE! I am going now. I got ready, kicked my DH out of bed and we both went to the gym. Did an awesome cardio workout!!! I am so happy! Normally, I would have just said, I'm too tired. It feels different (My attitude) this time. YAY!!!

Guest guest
I'm proud of you too. Morning cardio on 3 hours of sleep is not an easy thing to do. There are times when I get off work and get to sleep at 3:30 am and still get up at 6:30 to workout. That's a dumb thing to do on a regular basis but when I end up in that situation, I pull it off by telling myself that once I'm done I can eat breakfast and go back to bed. :-) If you two got up and went to work I'm even more impressed! So Proud of Myself!! I just had to post this!! Yesterday was Day #1 - Did GREAT! Last night, watching the Yankees / Red Sox game (I'm a huge Yankee fan living in Boston!) - I stayed up until 1:30 am! Guest guest
Yep - at work! I will confess: I did actually, lay down with my dogs for about 1/2 hour after the workout; before I got my shake ready, etc. and got out the door. But, mentally, I feel fantastic after that!! I think I needed to *prove* to myself I wouldn't make excuses... Although, I don't plan on doing this on a regular basis! =) > I'm proud of you too.
