Hi Janita,

There is also a downloadable pdf version available in the folder but it

is rather large - 55MB (same title but says downloadable after and has

pdf and file size under the title link). I got the link from

archive.org site, still trying to hold my link long enough to get the

download.

Thanks so much ...... will go there and try that.... it was very

frustrating trying to get to a particular point of interest ...... so this could

be the way.....
