OT: some prayers for Liz' grand daughter

Liz Tams, our helpful moderator who has tirelessly assisted many of

y'all when you had tech problems, was on the phone with me

last night and we joked about how tired she was after a day of

Christmas shopping with her 11-yo grand daughter Lucy in cold, rainy

Manchester (UK). Well, this morning Lucy suffered a horrible mishap,

having hot coffee spilled on her legs. She went to the burn unit,

underwent painful blister removal, and is in bandages from the hip to

the ankle, plus some burns on the arms. Liz is, I'm sure, in a near

state of collapse, and her daughter Donna, Lucy's mum is in full

fibro flare over it all.

Please send out good thoughts and prayers for a speedy, less painful

recovery for Lucy and her family, who are all needing some hugs and

love this week. I really do believe that prayers and good thoughts do

help others far away, so that is the reason for my request.
