End of Challenge 1

Hey guys, I have pretty much been a lurker for the past 12 weeks,

but I wanted to let you all know I have finished challenge #1 as of

today and have posted the photos. As you can see I need at least

one more challenge to get where I want to be, but there are obvious

results from the 1st challenge. I have pretty much followed it to

the letter except for the week I spent in Alaska on a cruise (yes, I

overendulged!)

The main thing I have noticed is the density of my body has changed

to where I feel a lot of solid muscle under the fat that I am still

burning away.

For the next challenge, I am going to add extra cardio in as well as

some Yoga/Pilates to see if that makes more of a difference. I love

the new attitude I have and let me tell you- to actually complete

the 12 weeks, feels so good!

You look great!! and good god, look at those biceps!!

Jackie,

I get my actual measurements on Sat a.m.- then I will be able to

post all of the before & after stats.

Funny how you can't really see things like your back unless you see

it in a photo- I'm excited about the biceps- almost have all the

flab gone on the underarm area.
