Weird... I am PMSing a week early too. I started BFL about 3 weeks

ago. I wonder if the change in exercise and diet is effecting our

systems?

Good for you for not giving in the old Mickey Ds cravings! That's a

tough one with PMS.

I feel so much better than I did 3 weeks ago that's for sure. I have

a ways to go; but I know what you mean about feeling better...

Is there any chance you could be preggers? The symptoms are almost the same

as PMS sometimes... glad to hear you managed to eat clean despite your

cravings...

Ruth's Accountability 11-02-04

I am PMSing so badly! It's kind of early too! I mean, I was a little

suspicious when I saw that my weight had gone up Sunday morning,

when I have been eating SO clean and working so hard with my cardio

and weights. Then Monday morning, I got up with VERY sore boobs and

premenstrual cramps...and that means it's about a week away. When I

got up early to vote I wanted a breakfast sandwich from Mcs SO

BADLY. But alas, I was a good girl. It is times like this when you

really need something yummy, but BFL-friendly to fall back on. I

just kept thinking of the creamy goodness that is my cottage cheese

treat thingy. Had a GREAT cardio work out and, as always, I got over

a gallon of water in. (148 oz. to be exact).

Here is what my eating looked like:

#1-Cottage Cheese Treat

#2-Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes, Tuna Steak, 1/2 cup brown rice

#3-Myopro Whey Shake with a few blueberries and half a banana, flax-

seed oil

#4-100% Whole Wheat Low-Carb Tortilla (8 grams of fiber, yowza!)

with 3 ounces of turkey, 1 slice of fat-free swiss, 1/2 cup of Fat

free cottage cheese and 1/2 a serving of my organic oatbran

pretzels.

#5-salad with chicken and tomatoes

#6-1/2 serving of cottage cheese treat

I'm pretty sure these Snyder's Organic Oat-Bran Pretzels are okay.

They're very low-calorie and low fat when you eat just a couple of

them, and they actually have 4 grams of protein for a full serving.

Not bad if you want something crunchy once in a while. I don't eat

them that often, and when I do, I eat a 1/2 or 1/4 serving, so

they're pretty benign.

Have a great week everyone, I hope you all feel as great as I do!

LOL Cheryl! I didn't mean to sound so AAAAAH! But man, my husband

would have had a vasectomy by now if it was covered by insurance!

Yeah, we are sticking with furry " children. "

But that being said, Lydia, it was nice of you to think of me.

No offense taken. I know that you and Skwigg have an aversion to human

children... and there's nothing wrong with that. I don't think everyone is

meant to have them. Sometimes I wonder why I did...
