Guest guest
Yorfriend, I know slippery elm is a good product, soothing to GI tract. Many singers take that I have read for their throats. I will read up on Wobenzyme N. It sounds interesting but Dr Marinkovich says to stay away from digestive enzymes except for pancreatic. I took pancreatic enzymes and they were very helpful, thinking of using them again. I'm not sure why the nix on enzymes but I have read it elsewhere that also gave an exception to pancreatic, saying they were okay to use. I don't know about the other enzymes: Trypsin, Chymotrypsin, Bromelain, and Papain. I have heard good things about Papain from papaya. I don't know what mold experts would say. I don't understand the reason for the nix on digestive enzymes or otherwise I would have an opinion. However the Pancreatic enzyme product I took worked very well and is in line with Marinkovich's recommendations. Check out his diet guidelines on that same site you were at: mold-survivors.com/dietcopyright.html > I went to my local herbalist who recommended this and it worked for me: > - Activated Charcoal to bind the toxins (also great for nausea) > - Slippery Elm for intestinal discomfort > - Raspberry for diarrhea > - Bifodopholus (good bacteria for intestinal flora) to counteract the > bad bacteria > - Wobenzyme N (a wonderful digestive enzyme formula)It attacks the > viruses and helps to build your immune system. I'm so glad I found this!
