Guest guest
I mix it with cottage cheese, spinach, grapes and a drizzle of raspberry vinegrette. Yum! Or if I need something sweet - with cottage cheese, a little sliced banana and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup. Guest guest
I like a little Kashi GoLean Crunch mixed with cottage cheese, a few berries, and sweetened with Splenda. Or sometimes I'll have it with a little milk and a protein shake on the side. You can have a bowl of healthy cereal once in awhile if you keep the portion very small and balance it with protein. Guest guest
I mix CC and canned fruit like mandarin oranges with it and add a packet of Splenda to it. Makes the CC taste not as bad. ) Hope that helps! Re: yowza I am going to the grocery store tonight to work on my foods. Guest guest
I only eat any kind of chocolate syrup once in a blue moon so I figure it won't hurt me. Guest guest
FF COTTAGE CHEESE!!! It's the best! I also put cinnamon in it. > > > > > > Ok... after a sick hiatus and finding out that apparently my body > > is > > > also made of 80% phelm.. i decided to attempt to get my lazy arse > > in > > > that gym starting fresh this november.. and OW... did my ubwo > > > yesterday and my armpits are sore so WOO HOO. Guest guest
I LOVE to go shopping at the Wild Oats market for their healthy cereals. One I like is called Protein Plus. It doesn't have too much sugar per serving and has 12 or so grams of protein even though it is soy. High fiber too and oh, so good. First meal of the day is usually a bowl of one of these cereals, and a protein shake with flax oil. Stasia
