Brief history of motto for LAs Vegas

LAs Vegas the city that is proud to say " WHAT HEPPENS IN VEGAS, STAYS IN

VEGAS " has acquired a new meaning.

Aside from the fun a person can have at the casinos, disco and even

topless bars, we have a RIGGED JUDICIAL SYSTEM, whereby the good ole boys

network AKA Attorneys, DIscovery Commissioner have decided that the JD

after their name is not enough, they have moved it over a couple of letter

to now include MD via stupidity and practicing medicine without a

license.

WE have a bleached out, over saturated in fragance blonde, lets call her

" Janet " who knew NOTHING in 8/05 of chemical injury, now has determined

from reading on the internet she knows it ALL!

LEts say that " Janet " has been around the block once or twice and has

partaken in PEJURING herself by claiming NEVER to have sent a FRAGRANCED

piece of mail to a disabled person. NOw, lets say we have a husband who

is NOT chemically sensitive and smelled this so called " NON-EXISTENT "

piece

of mail and wanted a police report in case this was the BEGINNING of

anything, as the reaction of his wife was immediate to this NON-EXISTENT

mail. Lets say that in a phone conversation with a 3rd party listening in

to be a WITNESS, " JANET " claims first to have MAILED it since she DIDN'T

have a secretary, then turns around and claims NOT to have sent it. NOW,

lets say we have a PIECE of EVIDENCE that is contained in a sealed, new

glass jar in a ambient temperature waiting for a lab to lift the prints of

this non-existent perfumed piece of mail. LEts fast forward to the police

calling her and NOT being a witness to her *LIES* to a police detective

convinced them she DID not do anything and mitgating any further action by

the police department. NOw, let us ASSUME we have all the mail from that

DAY in their OWN separate containers and there is NO other detection of

any

odoriferous emissions from these peices...HUMMMM?????????????????????

NOw, lets fast forward to this *PILLAR* of the legal system here in Vegas,

who cites UNDER OATH she didn't notice anything on a court reporter

THEREFORE it did not exist!

LEt us ASSUME that this so called UNSCENTED court reporter came into a

persons home caused 2 people to react and a third person who is NOT

chemically sensitive and stood RIGHT by him that he was emanating

something that was very apparent.

LEt us ASSUME that the 2nd person who was AFFECTED was a highly respected

ATTORNEY'S WIFE and thru the AFFIDAVIT sub,itted to the court AKA

DISCOVERY COMMISSIONER was completely ignored along with the non

chemically sensitive persons affidavit, which both CLEARLY discredited the

so called ACCURATE RECOLLECTIONS of " JANET " and her co-perjurer " JERRY " .

NOw, we have photographic EVDIENCE taken in a MEDICAL facility of this so

called NON-FRAGRANCED persons effect on say " ANGEL " along with a medical

narrative of said treating physician along with medical expesnes for said

expsoue.

Even production of said documents to the DISCOVERY COMMISSIONER he lets

call him " TOM " allows HARM/HARASSMENT to a disabled person, PROTECTING his

*ASSOCIATES* in the legal arena.

I guess Justice is blind is only true if the DISCOVERY COMMISSIONER truly

was disabled with a diagnosis of " BLINDNESS " as he is protecting his own,

condoning harm to a disabled person, allowing violating of state statutes

regarding medical compentencies etc.

NO wonder we have to keep REMINDING the possible vistors to Vegas....WHAT

HAPPENS IN VEGAS STAYS IN VEGAS....while hoping people like " ANGEL " do not

disclose in public forums the discrimatory, biased practices under the

guises of legal professionals in the CLark COunty Judicial System!
