Guest guest
Yorfriend, The problem most people will have that have irritated stomachs due to Candidas or fungal infection, is acidophillus will not be able to take root anywhere if GI tract and stomach are overrun with territory already taken over by Candidas or fungal infection, so have to get rid of the infection first and then acidophillus products will work. If stomach is irritated, history has shown it is usually due to a microbe of some sort you must get rid of and then reestablish beneficial microbes after ridding yourself of those microbes. Beneficial organisms like lactobaccilus line your stomach and protect it from possible pathogens, aids digestion and absorption of food by participating in the breakdown of food into nutrients so reestablishing the acidophillus/lactobaccilus or other beneficial bacteria that should line your stomach and GI tract is only way to heal stomach and GI and aid digestion is to do that. In the meantime, one needs to do is not irritate it further by avoiding foods you have become allergic to and avoiding too tough or rough fiber foods for awhile, but really secret is to reestablish beneficial bacteria. You can best do that with a liquid acidophilus product, dry acidosphilus capsules will do also but you must open them up in your mouth first and switch them around before swallowing so they come in contact with mouth and throat, not just stomach. I think it is good idea with stomach problems to have a low fiber diet to not irritate but there are many things in this product that go against some mold expert advice. One is it is primarily made with rice. Dr Marinkovich, fungus and allergy expert, says to not eat rice because it is usually contaminated with mold and mycotoxins, without soaking grains in a solution of water and Vit C first to detoxify it if you want to eat it. So right there product would be out for me. Rice is generally soothing to stomach but it would be better for me to take regular rice, soak it as he says and cook it until soft and then have an egg or something for protein for a gentle to my stomach meal. To get minerals and vitamins I juice veggies which is easy on stomach. It also contains FOS, which Marinkovich says is usually artificially made by aspergillus fermentation process. Can't tell from label how most FOS in product is made. He said to get natural FOS, eat watermellon seeds. I hope he means the small white ones, that I assume are immature black ones but I don't know, rather than FOS supplements. I find this with so many things now that I am sensitive too and to avoid mycotoxins, that products with multiple ingredients usually don't work out as there is invariable something in it I can't have, so that single ingredients, prepared by myself is the only way I can eat right now. Dr Marinkovich actually says this in his diet recommendations for people with mold and allergy problems, to get fresh food and prepare it for yourself as much as possible. > > For anyone who has experienced stomach problems such as inability to > digest food and allergies to everything..
