That's funny, because I walk out of work at night lugging my cooler. At first I

was feeling really hampered by it. Like, damn, how am I going to defend myself

if I have this stupid cooler in my hand? Then I thought, wait a minute, I could

knock somebody totally senseless if I hit them with my cooler!

Now, I walk out and I'm like, alright, I've got my cooler! Everybody better just

back the hell away from me! LOL

sprint from the gym...huh?

o.k. after reading Swiggs blog where she posts the link to the top

most dangerous cities I saw St. Louis is #1. I work out down town in

the heart of St. Louis where it is not be a good idea to be out by

yourself at night. I am now catching myself sprinting to my car and

feeling like I am going to die since I am lugging my gym bag and have

already done my workout.... always motivates me by reading her

blog but I must say this was a real motivator. lol Hey, on a better

note we do have the Cardinals!

.

(Sitting here thinking. Who needs an evil trainer?.....I'll just go

to the gym at night and sprint a block or two in and out of the gym)

That's really funny because whenever I leave somewhere, I take a

mental note of everything in my hands and then I try to think of how

I could use whatever I have as a weapon. Aaaah, Detroit.

I can see it in the paper now ....group of women on BFL have been

using coolers, blenders, freeweights etc as weapons. Don't mess with

these women they are armed and dangerous.
