Guest guest
Oh, Colleen, here's a hug <HUG>. The only positive thing about having lost my parents at a young age is I didn't have to go through that with them, but I know how tough that is. My grandpa is convinced he's coming home even though his legs are no longer useable. He keeps talking about when he gets better, he'll come home. It sucks and you have my sympathy. On the food front, OMG...TGIF doesn't have baked potatoes? Man! How hard is it to bake a freakin' potato? Sheesh! You continue to do well, even when you can't ) keep up the good work and I am convinced the reason you've been successful is your continued variety of food, and you do a great job incorporating this with every day life and manage to come out alright. Good luck with your evil landlord!!!! Keep up the good work, and I'm sending you happy energy! > > Saturday..perfect...ha it was my free day > > Sunday...was ok. Good but not great. Guest guest
Colleen - It sounds like you're in a really tough time. My heart goes out to you! I've found that the structure of BFL (or any plan like it) has really helped in those times when life gets, well, " life-y " . ((Take care)) a > > Saturday..perfect...ha it was my free day > > Sunday...was ok. Good but not great. Guest guest
Colleen - I'm so sorry you are having such a tough time. I watched my mom go through something very similar with her mom when I was young. I was too young to get it at the time, but we've talked about it together since and I know that you have a large amount on your shoulders. You've been through so much. I have to tell you that " seeing " you still do so well on the BFL plan through your posts has really inspired me and I'm being much more consistent in part because of that. Thank you for that! :-) Be good to yourself. From what I can tell you are a formidable woman! And your dad is blessed to have you right now even if he doesn't always realize it consciously. His spirit knows. Kathy in Chicago
Guest guest
Wow! You should stand tall and be very proud of yourself. You are going through a lot and to have the ability to stick with BFL as well as you are. THATS GREAT!!!!! Congrats for that! Also, sorry to hear what you are going through. That is never an easy thing to go through. My thoughts are with you. --- > > Saturday..perfect...ha it was my free day > > Sunday...was ok. Good but not great.
