that build up on hair, is it toxin excretion?

I too have this problem, its like build up but its

not greasy and doesn't want to wash out

its like a coating, almost like each hair was dipped in wax

it also gets on my face, by hairline and doesn't wash off of skin

easily.and causes little bumps

searches for mycotoxins released in hair didn't bring anything up.

this article talks about other toxins and excretion in hair, so I'm

thinking it from toxin release through hair.?????
