Guest guest Posted May 28, 2006 Report Share Posted May 28, 2006 I lived in Tempe a town right next to Phoenix. AZ is damp becasue of the summer monsoons. When I was there from 8/96-9/97 it rained EVERY summer night, with thunderstorms so bad it caused pwoer outages. I have been a desert rat since 79 and know AZ/NV not as dry as people think.
