Guest guest Posted May 26, 2006 Report Share Posted May 26, 2006 My directions from Dr. S were to drink a full glass of water after mixing it with 4-6 oz.of water or other liquid. I have never missed a dose and always drink lots of water or crystal light during the day. Sue Maybe I don't drink enough water with CSM. It doesn't give any instruction on package to drink water afterwards, and I can't find Dr Shoemaker's instructions, but I think I've heard people here say they do. Those people who have tolerated it well, do you take extra water with it, and if so, how much? Lately I have been having luck with half a scoop. So far so good.
