Guest guest Posted January 14, 2010 Report Share Posted January 14, 2010 Patient injured on the job 5/09(Liberty is WC carrier) , receives 20 chiro tx in Oregon thru July, relocates out of State from Aug - December, returns to Oregon and requests ongoing treatment from new DC(me). Claim adjustor says the claim is still open, but doesn't commit to covering my treatment. Has the Chiropractic calender timed out? Do I do an an 829 change of attending physician?
